Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Increases Incentive for Lost Pet in Mexican Territory to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Welsh athlete Aaron Ramsey has boosted the reward for leads concerning his vanished dog Halo to £15,000.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who now plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, revealed that Halo was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato region.
The beagle, who went missing on October 9th, was wearing a GPS collar, and the footballer shared a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of information about our pet Halo kindly get in touch with us. Substantial reward for locating her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return with us shortly," Ramsey wrote on Instagram.
Initial Bounty and Heartfelt Pleas
Ramsey first disclosed that Halo had disappeared two weeks ago and has since posted several images of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A £7.5k reward was initially provided, but with absence of information on the dog's whereabouts after a week, the player and his family increased the sum.
"We just want our pet back," he stated in a further plea on his online platforms after the 10-year-old pet was lost.
The latest image upload is a grayscale snapshot of the beagle snoozing, her head lying in the crook of the athlete's elbow, with the caption: "How I wish to embrace you again Halo."
Household's Concerns and Background
Ramsey has also circulated a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels indicating they have some "serious questions" surrounding the disappearance and worry the family "might not obtain explanations".
"We still haven't found our dog. I don't think we will," the spouse's update expressed.
The Welsh leader became part of Mexico's first division club Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his first appearance in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
